Our Furniture Creation Process: From Idea to Delivery in 10 Weeks

• Initial Consultation and Design
  We start with an in-depth consultation, where we discuss your needs and preferences. From there, we create detailed CAD drawings for your approval.
  • Design Service Fee: $500 (applied toward your final order)
  • Timeline: Varies based on complexity
• Quote and Deposit
  After finalizing the design, we provide a detailed quote, and a 50% deposit initiates production.
• Sourcing Premium Lumber
  We source high-grade logs from government plantations for the best stability and quality.
• Kiln Drying
  Planks are kiln-dried for two weeks to reach a 10% moisture content, minimizing the risk of cracking.
• Component Cutting
  Our artisans skillfully cut the lumber into components, taking around 4-5 days per piece.
• Assembly and Inspection
  Components are assembled in 1-2 days, and you receive photos for your approval.
• Finishing and Customization
  We sand, polish, and apply the final finish to your specifications, with options like distressing for a rustic or antique look.
• Packing and Shipping
  Your furniture is carefully packed and shipped to your nearest port. You manage customs clearance and local delivery.
