What is the Antichrist Or Dajjal. I believe that they are one and the same even though many religious scholars probably would disagree.
In my opinion anything that puts the teachings of the prophets aside in place of the physical world is the works of this infamous creature, especially the teachings of the prophet and Holy Jesus. The way he is spoke of in the Holy books I do not believe he is one man are one creature that it will one day manifest itself on the earth. I believe that it is already present in our society. The prophet Muhammad spoke of him as being able to be anywhere in the world instantly. He said it would be in everyone's homes and that he would only have one eye. To me that is the best description a man receiving prophesy in his time could have described the camera are the television. Most of what is spread today on the TV is bad, and anti religious. I know that it has some good uses but the main purpose it is used for is to spread the western style of life in the form of the material world. If you are watching public TV stations you will see an advertisement for something that you must have every 15 minutes. Some of that is an advertisement for daily sustenance products but the largest percent is for things in this world that so many have to have more than they need God. Such as that new car, radio, money news and so on.
Today the US as a whole has adopted the idea that man is Allah. The government says that there is no religion to be taught in the public schools. They say that there cannot be prayer in the public schools. Since the majority of citizens in the US attend public schools this is what they or taught. They are taught to be successful for you in life. But even though they say there is no religion and they have taken out prayer, this is for one reason only. So that mankind can teach generations to come that there is no Allah. That man is Allah. The blind and deaf cannot see or hear. They do teach a religion and it is called atheism. The foundations for this atheism are the teachings of Darwin. He said that man was not created but rather he evolved from a single cell that miraculously appeared from nothing but some organic matter. And this is the foundations of the modern world US economy where the people or taught how can I survive and do better than the other person. They now claim that they can raise the dead. The doctors say that if a person has not been dead but just a short time they can bring them back to life. They are trying to prove that there is no Allah. America has developed technology that will bring forth food from any kind of conditions. They can now raise food in desert lands with their new technologies. What I see is the predictions of all of the prophets that at the end of time there would be one whom would do exactly this. This person does not believe in Allah and some refer to him as the antichrist or Dajjal. Who is the antichrist? Is it one man? I do not know but I do know that he will take many followers from all religions. I see today those that follow him. He gives them plenty. He can offer to give them longer lives. He promises bountiful foods and the good life. His followers have entered every corner of the world with their messages and free education. He can be anywhere at any time by his huge following. But he teaches that there is no Allah but man himself and that you must seek your rewards in the worldly pleasure. Here is a description from the Hadiths of the prophet Muhammad.
Volume 9, Book 88, Number 246:
Narrated Abu Sa'id:
One day Allah's Apostle narrated to us a long narration about Ad-Dajjal and among the things he narrated to us, was: "Ad-Dajjal will come, and he will be forbidden to enter the mountain passes of Medina. He will encamp in one of the salt areas neighboring Medina and there will appear to him a man who will be the best or one of the best of the people. He will say 'I testify that you are Ad-Dajjal whose story Allah's Apostle has told us.' Ad-Dajjal will say (to his audience), 'Look, if I kill this man and then give him life, will you have any doubt about my claim?' They will reply, 'No,' Then Ad-Dajjal will kill that man and then will make him alive. The man will say, 'By Allah, now I recognize you more than ever!' Ad-Dajjal will then try to kill him (again) but he will not be given the power to do so."
Volume 5, Book 59, Number 685:
Narrated Ibn Umar:
We were talking about Hajjat-ul-Wada, while the Prophet was amongst us. We did not know what Hajjat-ul-Wada' signified. The Prophet praised Allah and then mentioned Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal and described him extensively, saying, "Allah did not send any prophet but that prophet warned his nation of Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal. Noah and the prophets following him warned (their people) of him. He will appear amongst you (O Muhammad's followers), and if it happens that some of his qualities may be hidden from you, but your Lord's State is clear to you and not hidden from you. The Prophet said it thrice. Verily, your Lord is not blind in one eye, while he (i.e. Ad-Dajjal) is blind in the right eye which looks like a grape bulging out (of its cluster). No doubt,! Allah has made your blood and your properties sacred to one another like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this town of yours, in this month of yours." The Prophet added: No doubt! Haven't I conveyed Allah's Message to you? " They replied, "Yes," The Prophet said thrice, "O Allah! Be witness for it." The Prophet added, "Woe to you!" (or said), "May Allah be merciful to you! Do not become infidels after me (i.e. my death) by cutting the necks (throats) of one another."

This last Hadiths clearly describes the camera and Television if you look at it a way a man from the sixth century would have. It is a metaphorical description in my opinion meaning that the antichrist would be everywhere teaching a way of life that is contrary to that God taught through the messengers. And contrary to the one he raised above all others, the Holy Jesus.
Americans can go almost anywhere in the world. They are able to enter most countries without even getting a visa. There only three places that I know of we even need a visa. That is China, Brazil, and Arabia. The latter, Arabia, is the most difficult. I do not know for sure but I think that the only way an American can go to Arabia is with a really special invite or for Hajj.
Modern medicine is constantly bringing the dead back to life. There are few limitations. Doctors have even replace men's hearts with plastic simulated ones. They are now growing body parts in laboratories to replace lost limbs.
